Teff also contains good levels of vitamin C (88 mg). In fact, it is the only grain which is reach in vitamin C. Vitamin C is found mostly in fruits. Other vitamins in teff are vitamin A and E. Vitamin A is an antioxidant that is present with very little amounts, but it does have antioxidant properties to fight free radicals. Vitamin E is another powerful antioxidant vitamin with 1% presence in teff. There is 5% of vitamin K in teff - a vitamin vital for blood coagulation.
