Delivery Terms and Conditions
Orders to Mainland UK:
Customers will be able to choose from the following:
- Standard Delivery - 3-5 Working Days
Tracking:
We currently send parcels through parcel force and an email will be sent to you with tracking number as soon as we ship the package.
Normally orders which are due to be delivered will have two delivery attempts, after which they will be returned to a local post office shop, where you order can be collected. Once your order is at a post office shop it cannot be redelivered. Please ensure you are available to accept your delivery, or deliver to an address where you can have it accepted.
We are not sending to these areas or postcodes. Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Islands (ZE Postcode) Northern Ireland (BT Postcode).
Damaged Orders:
If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently we have temporarily suspended international orders. This is due to complications with international deliveries as a result of Brexit. We will be looking to reinstate this service as soon as possible.
If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
